Shipping and Returns

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or an item that arrived damaged or defective.

Because golf carts and larger items often require freight shipping, returns must be arranged carefully and approved in advance. The item must be properly packaged and protected for return transportation.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos or videos of the issue, including any damage to the packaging if applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right through a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

For freight deliveries, please inspect the item before signing the delivery paperwork whenever possible. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier and contact us right away.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs, freight charges, handling fees, and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval.

For golf carts or large items, price differences, shipping charges, and freight costs may apply.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, customized, or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, shipped, customized, or specially ordered, cancellation may not be available or may be subject to fees.

Warranty Issues

This return policy is separate from any manufacturer warranty or product warranty.

If your golf cart or item has a mechanical or electrical issue after use, please contact us and we will help guide you through the warranty or service process when applicable.
